wowzers, best stay ever!

clean room excellent views friendly staff

i really like how clean it was. the room was enormous and the views were amazing. the roof bar blew my mind. staff? super friendly and helpful, always smiling. it is a five minute walk to oxford street. i totally recommend it!

mandatory gratuity noise issues

the location seemed decent the room also was acceptable

i found a mandatory gratuity fee slapped onto my bill at checkout it felt a bit presumptuous i think tipping should be my choice not an obligation the room itself suffered from noise issues coming from a nearby function space i dealt with music and furniture sounds late into the night this made sleep difficult and disrupted my peace

A mixed bag. Noise and service issues

lacking service rooftop noise

the bed was comfortable enough.

I found the service to be quite lacking. the front desk didn't seem very helpful. also, the noise from the rooftop area was bothersome late into the night. It disrupted sleep.
